Cockerham Salt Marsh Lamb is available to order in half lamb or full lamb packs for the freezer.
A Half Lamb package comprises of:

6 Lamb & Mint Burgers
6 Lamb & Apricot Sausages
We reserve the right to alter the pack content from time to time.
The Salt Marsh Lamb burgers and sausages are made with the minced breast and the scragg end of the lamb. If you would prefer the breast and the scragg end in the pack instead of sausages and burgers this can be arranged.
Salt Marsh Beef
We also have available Salt Marsh Beef which has been grazed on the salt marshes. The meat has been hung for 4 weeks and has a unique tender taste. it is available in various cuts and freezer packs. Please contact us for further details.
